Online Store Terms

Custom Products

WTCollectables specializes in custom made trading cards inspired by popular collectible card games. All products are created based on the customization details provided by the customer at the time of order.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

  • Uploaded images are clear and appropriate

  • All entered text, names, and stats are correct

  • Selected customization options are accurate

  • Chosen add-ons such as foil types, animation options, or graded-style display cases are correct

Once an order enters production, changes may not be possible.

Quality Check & Approval

All custom orders include one (1) quality check preview sent via email prior to production.

Customers have up to 3 days to review and respond to this preview. If no response is received within this timeframe, the order will be automatically approved and processed as-is.

Only one quality check is provided per order. Additional revisions, changes of mind, or new design requests after the initial preview are not included and may not be accommodated.

By placing an order, you agree to this approval process.

Add-On Options

Certain features offered by WTCollectables may be optional add-ons, including but not limited to:

  • Foil finishes

  • Animated card effects

  • Graded-style display cases

These options may affect the final appearance of the product and are selected by the customer during the customization process.

Intellectual Property

WTCollectables creates original custom trading card designs inspired by collectible card games. Our products are not official products of any existing trading card game company.

Customers must ensure they have the right to use any images, artwork, or content they upload. WTCollectables is not responsible for customer-submitted content that infringes on the rights of third parties.

Accuracy of Information

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions on the website at any time without prior notice. This includes pricing errors, product descriptions, and availability.

Pricing and Service Changes

Prices for our products may change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service or product at any time without liability.
