Refund Policy – WTCollectables

At WTCollectables, every product we create is a fully customized trading card made specifically for each customer. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept most returns or provide refunds once an order has been processed.

Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.

Custom Made Products

All trading cards sold through WTCollectables are made-to-order and customized according to the details provided by the customer. Because of this, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect customization details submitted by the customer

  • Personal preference after the product has been created

  • Dissatisfaction with design choices selected during the customization process

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted during the customization process is accurate before completing their order.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the damage or defect

If the issue is confirmed, we may offer an appropriate solution such as a replacement product.

Production and Customization Responsibility

WTCollectables produces products based on the exact customization options submitted during checkout. Customers are responsible for reviewing all details before completing their purchase.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Uploaded images

  • Text, names, or stats entered in the builder

  • Selected foil types

  • Animation options

  • Add-on selections such as graded-style display cases

Orders cannot be modified once production has begun.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins. Once a product enters the design or production stage, cancellations may not be possible due to the custom nature of the item.
